We’ve been providing note taking services for a long time, here’s what we usually get asked.
You can record your session directly through our user-friendly mobile app, Messenger Pigeon. Alternatively you can upload an already existing recording.
Messenger Pigeon accepts MP3, M4A and WAV. We recommend MP3 for a speedy upload!
Our note takers are all graduates, who have completed our in-house standards and quality assurance training. We try our best to match your session topic with a note takers with knowledge in that area.
We provide two delivery options.
24 hours turnaround time: $0.22 per minute.
48 hours turnaround time: $0.18 per minute.
A Wi-Fi connection is recommended for uploading recordings, however you will be able to record your session without a connection.
We can offer our services in several languages. we recommended getting in touch beforehand so we can make arrangements for a qualified note takers in your chosen language.
The pricing for foreign language notes is $20.00 per hour.
We recommend booking our live captioning service as early as possible so we can match you with a captioner who best fits your needs and ensure availability, especially for in-person events. However, we understand that last-minute requests may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate them based on availability.
We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. Our captioners adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, and all captioned content is transmitted securely.
We charge $0.18 for a 48 turnaround time, and $0.22 for a 24 hour turnaround time.
